PatternMaking – $55/hour

Price for most items. Patterns made from scratch, on screen or by hand. I will need measurement specs or a garment with the fit you need (I do not remove a stitch if you send me a garment). We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly based on project’s difficulty.  

Digitizing -$55/hour

Price for up to 5 pieces. Over 5 @ $5.00 per piece. Includes “truing up” pieces once in the system.

Consulting/$100.00/hour

Plus travel expenses (if any)

Pattern Grading -$10/size

Price per size excluding base size in a size range. $1.00 for each additional piece over 6. $15.00 per size for two piece suits

Conversions  -$12.50/Style

AAMA dxf, ASTM dxf, dxf for Adobe Illustrator,
pdf, Lectra (.mdl), Optitex (.pds).

DIgitizing:

My old digitizer, I no longer have.

These days I recreate any hand-made patterns right on screen.

Plotter:

My old plotter, I no longer have (it was faithful for over 20 years!).

Most clients these days use digital files (changing times!)

The rare times I need something plotted I use a company (3 miles away) who will gladly print for me.
