Watercolor First Lessons 1

Starting out my art lessons (self taught, via internet resources) and sharing my attempts, failures and (hopefully) successes. There is an OVER abundance of info on the internet, so I suggest picking someone’s and sticking with it. I choose a couple of books, starting with this one. Be sure to actually do the exercises!

First use of masking fluid, used to take advantage of the white of the paper (if you are using white) by covering a shape with a rubber coat, which is easily removed after the surrounding paint is applied.
